Google prohibits ads for cannabis. Meta prohibits them. Carriers block cannabis text campaigns under CTIA messaging principles, so the 10DLC number you registered gets filtered whether or not your state legalized. Mailchimp and most mainstream email platforms ban the category in their terms, which means the list you built disappears with the account.
Operators find this out one platform at a time, usually after paying an agency that had never worked in the category. The tuition is expensive and the lost list is worse.
The narrow exception is CBD. Google permits ads for FDA-approved pharmaceuticals containing CBD and for topical hemp-derived CBD under 0.3 percent THC in a short list of states, and it requires LegitScript certification to do it. That path exists. It is not a way to advertise THC.
